1972 Ford Cortina Mark 2 Rusted Since 15 years

From Past 15 years (2010)First i saw this red sedan in one tyre house which is located in my city Indore. I don't know that car name. One old man who was the owner of that tyre house and that car was standing inside his shop & old guy was sitting outside that tyre house I ask him uncle the red car that parked inside the garage is which car. The uncle smile and said it is 1972 Ford Cortina. I directly asked him is it is for sale they said no I was exchanged it with My Morris from Badwani Maharaja of Indore. They said car is having all original things except engine. Engine was swapped when i exchanged. Uncle is having Premier 118 ne also which is Diesel 1998 make.
That Ford Cortina was rusting since 2010 uncle didn't even drive it or even start it.Then after 2020 Covid came & first wave of covid that ford Cortina was not there and i again go there and directly asked uncle where is your ford Cortina they said I parked it on my home.
After that I didn't saw that uncle on shop I call him his son received the call I said I want to talk with that uncle they said he died in covid.I was shocked at that time and leave that topic of ford Cortina.
Then Recently i saw that ford Cortina ad on olx it was on sale asking price was 8 lacks LOL.I talked with that guy who posted that ad they didn't knew me that i know his father very well and know little bit history of that ford cortina.They said its my Grandfathers car he is no more we have no parking space so want to sell this. I ask him about the current status of the papers of the car they said papers was not renewed from 2004 last from expired. Means if today we go rto office and apply for renewal the penalty will be approx 21 years means 6k per years so for 21 years will be 1 lack 26 thousand rupees. Other charges for insurance and name transfer will be separate means for paper work this car will take approx 1.50 lacks. I asked him for negotiation but the diffused.
